• Tree Officer - £37,280 to £40,777 - NWLDC are looking for a tree officer to join their planning team. In this role, you will pay a vital role in safeguarding the district's natural environment, providing expert advice on protected trees and landscaping to both the team and customers.You need to have previous experience of working within a Planning Team in a local authority, a solid understanding of current planning legislation and policy relating Tree Preservation Orders (TPOs) and trees in conservation areas. A recognised qualification in arboriculture or similar to degree level or equivalent is required.
• Housing Officer - salary starting from £32,597 - This is a fixed term role due to maternity leave within our Housing Management team working with our tenants and their families. They are looking for someone with excellent verbal and written communication skills to join our busy team as a generic Housing Officer who will be responsible for a 'patch' of properties within the district, dealing with all aspects of Tenancy and Estate Management.
