Asset Management Support Officer

• This role pays £25,584 - £27,269 and is full-time position.
• They are looking for someone to help provide the best service to customers by being the first point of contact for tenants, including managing repair enquiries.
• The ideal candidate will have effective customer service skills, the ability to manage customer demands, call volumes whilst maintaining the diaries of the operatives carrying out the work

Housing Support Officer

• This role pays £25,584 - £27,269 and is full-time position.
• The team provides personalised support to older and vulnerable tenants to help them continue to live independently.
• This role involves visiting tenants across the district to provide advice and assistant
• They are looking to hire someone with excellent verbal and written communication skills, good IT skills and someone who can adapt to emergency situations.

Multi-skilled Carpenter

• This roles pays £33,330 - £36,871 and is a full-time role
• They are looking for a carpenter to join their responsive repairs, voids and minor works team based at Whitwick Business Centre
• This will be working as part of the team that carries out maintenance and improvement across occupied and vacant properties.

The role involves providing high-quality, welcoming and efficient library services for all visitors, including supporting visitors to find the information and resources they need, use IT systems, shelve and display books, deliver library events and promote the library's service.
