Roles at North West Leicestershire District Council

There are a variety of roles available this week at North West Leicestershire District Council.

• Multi-skilled Plasterer - This is a Multi Skilled Plasterer position within a busy team responsible for a wide range of repairs, maintenance and improvement works across the council's housing stock. Most of the work will be carried out in void properties, with some in occupied properties. They are ideally seeking a versatile and experienced tradesperson with a broad skillset to help maintain and improve our properties. The role will involve working in a customer focused team and you must be able to consistently deliver excellent customer service and the quality of your work must be to the required standards.
• ICT Business Support Analysis - NWLDC is investing in technology and is undergoing an extensive programme of modernisation. This role involves helping to provide IT support to approximately 500 users at the Council and will require you to provide first and second line support and technical assistance, dealing with user software and hardware issues.
• Environmental Health Officer - This full-time role will involve carrying out duties in relation to private sector housing and housing standards, as well as pollution control, nuisance, disabled facilities grants and responding to service requests about air quality and contaminated land.
