A local amateur theatre group bares all to honour loved ones and raise funds for local hospice with a 'Calendar Girls' inspired nude calendar. 

Coalville Amateur Operatic Society (CAOS) has put together a charity calendar, raising money for LOROS, a Leicestershire-based hospice charity that has cared for two cherished members and friends of their theatre family. 

CAOS has created their heart-felt calendar, inspired by their upcoming production of Calendar Girls this February, featuring more than 20 brave members of the group in the theme of 'Musicals in the Buff.'

Each calendar is £10 with all proceeds going directly to LOROS. 

Amelia Gillespie, CAOS Chair, commented: 'LOROS provided outstanding compassion and support to our dear friend and society member, Becca, during her end-of-life care following her courageous ten-year battle with breast cancer.  

'They also offered extraordinary care and dignity to our society member Harriet's brother, Isaac, during the final stages of his battle with an aggressive brain tumour.  

'In gratitude for the exceptional care they received, we are raising funds through this special calendar ahead of our next show, Calendar Girls, to help LOROS continue their vital work.' 

LOROS provides free, high quality, compassionate care and support to terminally ill patients, their families and carers across Leicestershire and Rutland.
