• Resident Liaison Officer - Full time, temporary contract - This role involves being responsible for contacting residents where capital improvement works, major projects or planned/compliance contracts are being carried out and ensuring any special needs are identified and where possible catered for. This role is 36.25 hours a week with hybrid working with a minimum of 3 weeks in the office a week.
• Contract Supervisor - Full-time, temporary contract until December 2027 - There is 2 positions available to support the Asset Management Team in delivering the Council's planned investment and capital programmes. This includes ensuring compliance with construction contracts for all works that improve and refurbish the Council's housing stock.

Ashby's Elite Tuition are hiring a new part-time Classroom Assistant, offering a 'competitive salary' to work assisting teachers delivering lessons with a focus on maths.

The role involves supporting teachers, supporting individual students with their individual learning needs, ensure classrooms are ready for students, monitoring student progress and feeding back to the teacher.

The role asks for:

• a passion for education and supporting student learning,
• strong communication and interpersonal skills,
• patience and the ability to work with students of various ages,
