Popular Ashby venue The Lyric Rooms have announced they will be hosting one of the heats for the prestigious 'British Comedian of the Year' competition.  

The comedy shows at The Lyric Rooms have received overwhelmingly positive feedback for their high standard of both established and up-and-coming comedians in a cosy, intimate venue. 

The show will be taking place on Wednesday 24 September, promising a great line-up of comedians on the bill for the night. 

Tickets are £13 when bought in advance and doors open at 7.15pm with the show kicking off at 8pm.
