Ashby Ivanhoe will be allowing supporters back through the gates again this Saturday for the first time since lockdown was introduced last March.

The FA this week announced guidelines that include a phased and limited return of spectators for clubs at steps three to six and tiers three to four respectively FA's updated guidelines for fans' return.

That means fans can see two games on Saturday at Ivanhoe's NFU Ground.

Friendly games with the Knights vs West Bridgford (12.30) the first team against Heather St Johns can be seen by spectators.

But the match tonight (Thursday) against Bingham Town remains behind closed doors.

Ashby Ivanhoe said on their Facebook page: "We are delighted with the guidance received from the FA today and can confirm that we will be allowing spectators at The NFU Sports Ground from Saturday!

"What better way to start than a Seniors double header too, 12:30pm - Knights vs West Bridgford; 3pm - 1st team vs Heather St Johns

"As per the guidelines, capacity will be at a max of 150. We look forward to being able to welcome you back!"
