Hypnosis. Obsession. Control.

That's how Ashby Venture Theatre are describing their latest play Mrs Penclosa.

Inspired by a short story by Sherlock Holmes author Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, this new pyschological thriller play is set in 1920s London where a rational professor Austin Gilroy investigates an unassuming East End medium named Mrs Penclosa.

This atmospheric and unsettling play will premier at Ashby Venture Theatre between 24 September and 3 October, with tickets costing £13.
