Hello Heritage Open Day at St Helen's Church

St Helen's Church in Ashby are hosting a heritage open day this Saturday 12 September between 10am and 3pm.

This includes the rare opportunity to see a display of 18th century bibles and their 19th century Bell Ringers' Peal Book, as well as live book binding demonstrations and more.

Bottomless Brunch at The Olive Terrace

The newly opened Olive Terrace is holding their first ever bottomless brunch this weekend with live music, bottomless drinks and delicious Mediterranean food.

This Saturday, there will be two sittings from 1-2.30pm and 3-4.30pm with a live performance from Georgia Hair at both.

Ibstock Soul Club

This Saturday, Ibstock Soul Club are holding an 'unmissable night of music' with their Motown event.

This promises to be a 'sensational night of 60s and 70s Soul Music' with resident DJs Richard John and Rob Gray alongside guest DJ Ian Parker.

All played on vinyl through The Central Bar's incredible sound system, attendees can look forward to the best of Tamla Motown and 60ss/70s Soul.

Weekend events at Brew

As always, Brew has a busy line up of live music this weekend.

On Friday night, they have live music from 8pm from Calum Ward and Henry John.

There will also be a performance from Brew regular Ryan Atter from 3pm on Sunday, promising to end the weekend with a bang.
