This Bank Holiday weekend's Ashby events cover a wide range of entertainment and activities - there is something for everyone. This week includes: A shop opening, book signing, craft market, family fun day, street food and more.

All Things Horror Shop Opening and Book Signing
All Things Horror, which will be situated on The Pass Courtyard, will be officially opening on 29 August with a book signing event.
Stocking horror collectables, rock and retro paraphernalia, unique and rare finds as well as Neca, Mezco and Funko, the shop will also sell a variety of affordable and rare items along with t-shirts and tote bags all in the horror theme.
The official opening of the shop will be on 29 August from noon with a book signing from Hannah L Richards, author of Hauntings, Mysteries and Macabre: Ashby-de-la-Zouch and surrounding areas.
Summer events at Moira Furnace
This Bank Holiday, there's lots going on at Moira Furnace.
On Thursday 27 August, the Furnace Fun Day will involve fun craft activities, a boat ride and activity trails for just £10 per child.
This Monday is the return of their popular craft show, showcasing incredible local crafters, artists and creatives.
There will also be food and drink available.

Weekend events at Brew
As always, Brew are serving up some great street food this Saturday between 5 and 8pm from the Flavournater, with tacos, quesadillas and loaded fries.
On Sunday, they are hosting their August Bank Holiday Bonanza. This means live music from 2pm and street food from Samosa Wallah, alongside their great local beers.
