NWLDC are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Recycle More Officer to lead exciting projects and campaigns that encourage residents, businesses, schools and community groups to reduce waste and recycle more.
• Environmental Health Officer - £39,152 - £42,839 - As a part of the NWLDC Environmental Protection Team, you will carry out duties in relation to private sector housing & housing standards, pollution control, nuisance, adapted homes improvement grant and respond to service requests in relation to air quality and contaminated land. You will be involved in undertaking inspections and visits, investigating alleged breaches and taking appropriate enforcement action where necessary. You will also support the team in relation to enviro crime and public protection caseloads. We are looking for someone who is an excellent organiser, able to manage multiple and complex cases.
