Man charged with public decency offence after Download ferris wheel incident

A man has been charged following an incident at the Download music festival in June.
Police previously appealed to help trace a man wanted in connection with a public incident on a ferris wheel.
An update from Leicestershire Police today (August 24) said a 33-year-old man has been charged with outraging public decency and is due to appear in court next month.
A woman who was also involved in the incident has also been identified and voluntarily interviewed in connection with the incident
