Ashby Town Centre will be getting in the festive spirit with the return of the Christmas Light Switch On and late-night shopping event on Thursday 20 November. 

Taking place between 5pm and 8.30pm, shops in town centre will be staying open for late night shopping to start buying gifts, festive decorations and maybe a sweet treat for yourself. 

There will be food and drink available throughout the town, including mulled wine, minced pies and festive street food. 

At 7.30pm, the main event will take place with the official switching on of the town's Christmas tree.
