Ellen Cook, 72, died following an incident in Biddle Road, Littlethorpe, on Sunday evening (May 11).

Police were called to the area where Mrs Cook was found injured in the street.

Sadly, Mrs Cook was later pronounced deceased at the scene.

Paying tribute today (Thursday), Mrs Cook's family said: "Ellen was an amazing woman who everyone loved.

"Words cannot express how much her family loved her.
