On 6 and 7 December, Ashby is hosting a special Christmas event with stalls, live performances and more.

Organised by Ashby BID, the weekend promises 'a magical start to the holiday season for everyone.'

On Market Street, there will be a stage with fantastic entertainment, as well as the opportunity to meet Santa, browse festive stalls with unique gifts, crafts made by local artisans and delicious treats.

There will be seasonal food and drink available, including mulled wine, hot chocolate and other festive classics.

For the little ones, they can meet Santa and tell him their Christmas wishes, meet the reindeer, explore Winter Wonderland and ride the Santa train.

The event will run from 10am to 5pm on Saturday 6 December and 10am to 4pm on Sunday 7 December.

Keep up to date by following Ashby BID and Love Ashby on Facebook.
