Building work is nearing completion at a housing development in the village of Heather, where a limited number of homes remain for sale.

Bellway is building a selection of just 34 homes at Heathlands, off Swepstone Road, with 29 of the homes being provided for private sale and five as affordable housing.

Although construction work at the development is nearly finished, there is still a chance to secure one of the final four-bedroom homes, with prices starting at £360,000.

Claire Black, Sales Manager for Bellway East Midlands, said: "Now that building work is nearly complete, a new community has formed at our Heathlands development, and it has been great to watch so many happy buyers settle in to their new homes.

"The new homes at Heathlands have been designed not only to meet the demand for housing in the area, but also to fit in with the quaint village of Heather, so it is no surprise that they have been so popular with local buyers.

"The final homes at Heathlands are four-bedroom properties, perfect for growing families.

"There is a choice of two housetypes, the Laughton or the Spinney, which both benefit from open-plan living accommodation to maximise the amount of space on offer."

More information on the final homes available can be found at bellway.co.uk or by calling the sales team on 01530 551805.
