Bath Street in Ashby will have a one way road closure for much of Tuesday.

Leicestershire County Council Highways has agreed to a Temporary Traffic Regulation Order at that location.

The County Council says it is for public safety while paving is relaid.

It says: "A one-way road closure is required on Bath Street between Market Street/Kilwardby Street roundabout and South Street between 9am and 2.30pm.

"There will also be temporary parking restrictions on South Street between Prior Park Road and Loundon Court.

"The proposed alternative diversion route will be via: Market Street, Lower Church Street and South Street.

"During the closures, alternative routes available to all traffic can be viewed HERE.:"
