Ashby Waste And Recycling Collection Changes Over The Christmas Holidays

Ashby residents will notice changes to their recycling and waste collections over the festive period and into the new year.

North West Leicestershire District Council have announced what will happen and when over the next fortnight.

They have directed the general public to their website where you can type in your address for list of the when next waste collections will be https://www.nwleics.gov.uk/pages/collection_information or [email protected].

Or the council say you can refer to your collection calendar for the dates.

But they have published a list of trade waste refuse collections and the changes that will be happening.

Collections that fall on Tuesday 24 December will now take place on Monday 23 December

Collections that fall on Wednesday 25 December will now take place on Monday 23 December

Collections that fall on Thursday 26 December will now take place on Tuesday 24 December

Collections that fall on Tuesday 31 December will now take place on Monday 30 December

Collections that fall on Wednesday 1 January will now take place on Monday 30 December

If your collection date is not listed above, there is NO CHANGE to your collection. All trade refuse collections will return to normal from Thursday 2 Janaury.

Trade recycling collections:

Collections that fall on Tuesday 24 January will now be collected on Monday 23 December

Collections that fall on Tuesday 31 January will now be collected on Monday 30 December

If your collection date is not listed above, there is NO CHANGE to your collection. All trade recycling collections will return to normal from Thursday 2 Janaury.
