What is described as the 'Quirkiest Date Night' has made a return to Charnwood Forest Alpaca Farm near Ashby.

The Boundary-based visitor attraction has brought back its 'Prosecco and Pacas' nights.

We reported on the introduction of Charnwood's date nights with Alpacas last year.

The 110-acre farm between Ashby and Boundary is one of the first, original and largest alpaca farms open to the public in the UK.

And the company offers experiences with all of the animals there.

Now, the chance of you and your loved one - or a group of friends - to get up close with Charnwood's popular Alpacas, is back.

The farm said on social media: "Get ready for the quirkiest Date Night ever!

"Join us for Date Night with Prosecco and Pacas. Spend two hours in a countryside pasture with adorable alpacas.

"Get ready for alpaca cuddles, photo ops, and guaranteed smiles.

"Sip on Prosecco from fancy flutes (non-alcoholic option available) and toast to an alpaca-tastic evening.

"Treat yourself to mouth-watering scones with jam and cream. Royalty-approved indulgence.

"We'll provide a cozy blanket for your comfort. Snuggle up and get ready for an adventure like no other.

"And it's not just for couples, bring your friends or group for a hilarious Alpaca rendezvous. More alpacas, more laughter, more fun."
