Ashby Ivanhoe are holding trials for their Midweek Floodlit Under-18 team

Ashby Ivanhoe's Midweek Floodlit U18 team are holding trials tomorrow night (July 13) at the Leisure Centre in Hood Park.

The club are looking for players for the 2021-22 intake and the trial will be held between 6pm - 8pm at veue off North St.

Ashby Ivanhoe are asking for a contact email and some information about the player such as name, preferred position, how many years they have played and why they would like to play midweek football etc.

Due to covid names and numbers from parents are also required.

The club have added that the U18 Midweek Floodlit team will give the player an opportunity to represent Ashby Ivanhoe FC in the Midweek Youth League, as well as the FA Cup/Vase the highest level of youth football outside of professional status.

If successful, players will train like professionals as the U18s, as well as training with the first team, improving their knowledge of the game and allowing a seamless progression into senior football.
