This weekend's Ashby events cover a wide range of entertainment - hopefully there is something for everyone.

There is a weekend craft fair at Calke Abbey on Saturday and Sunday.
Shop for family and friends, while supporting your local makers and bakers at the same time.
You'll find handmade gifts, vintage items, homeware, and local produce.

There are contrasting styles of live music on Friday and Saturday.
St Helen's Church plays host to Mosaic on Friday evening.
The church will be showcasing acappella vocal music, from Thomas Tallis to the Beatles.

The White Hart in Market Street has Leicester band Midnight Angel playing live on Saturday night.
They will be performing some of the best anthemic "80's hair-rock".
Fronted by the incredible Georgie Surridge, Midnight Angel perform some of the best rock anthems and power ballads.
With Georgie's voice comes the ability to play some of the best material from "Women in Rock and Metal" including Evanescence, Halestorm, Paramore, Heart, Pat Benatar, Skunk Anansie, Cher, P!nk and Vixen.
And, with some of the greatest anthems and floor fillers from Bon Jovi, Journey, Guns 'n Roses and many more sitting alongside these, Midnight Angel offer up a fantastic night of music.

St Helen's Heritage Centre is holding a Sew It, Don't Throw It session on Saturday.
This is the launch event for a series of free workshops.
Here, you will be able to learn sewing skills and how to re-use and re-cycle fabrics.

It will be an other busy weekend at Brew in Market Street.
The craft beer pub will have another pop-up food guest on Saturday.
Toastie the Difference, will be serving up toasties and halloumi fries to go with your drinks.
