TV Comic Is Appearing At Ashby Venue This Month

Comic Zoe Lyons is coming to the Lyric Rooms in Ashby later this month.
The popular stand up will be appearing on Tuesday, January 28 in an evening hosted by Judi Stafford and Ashby de la Zouch Funhouse Comedy Club.
Doors are open at 7.15pm for an and the night finishes up at 11pm.

Tickets are £12 in advance and can be booked at the Funhouse Comedy website.
Dan Nightingale will open the night for Zoe Lyons who has topped the bill on the BBC's Live at the Apollo.
She has a warm and lively persona which her audiences are immediately attracted to.
Zoe takes a sideways view of life, picking out the many absurdities and turning them into hilarious routines which she delivers with tremendous energy.
She performs her diverse material with utter conviction leaving everyone wanting for more.
A radio artist and familiar face on TV she regularly features as a panellist on Mock the Week as well as appearing on Live At The Apollo, Michael McIntyre's Roadshow, Celebrity MasterChef and The Wright Stuff.
Supporting will be Dan Nightingale, who is very popular on the British Comedy circuit and one of Sky TV's 'John Bishop's Only Joking' comedians.
He has also performed regular TV warm up for the likes of Jonathan Ross and Celebrity Juice. A real ball of fire he has the gift of making audiences laugh just by being there and his charisma and ridiculous sense of humour are the icing on the cake.
Completing the line-up is the very likeable, down to earth and madcap Lindsey Santoro, recounting tales of her misadventures in life, in her unique side-splitting style. She never fails to leave the crowd in tears of laughter.
Compere for the night is the lively and amicable Spiky Mike.
