Storm Dennis: Fallen Trees Close Road In Ashby

Measham Road in Ashby was closed on Saturday evening due to fallen trees.
Storm Dennis lashed the area all day and police announced a temporary road closure on the road between the A42 and Willesley Road.

Facebook page said that there was still access to Wellesley Park Golf club via Ashby side.
The road was opened to traffic again late on Saturday evening.
Strong winds picked up during the evening after a day of heavy rainfall. And yellow wind warnings are still in place until mid-day on Sunday.
