Funhouse Comedy is back at the Lyric Rooms, Ashby-de-la-Zouch on Thursday March 6th for another great night of laughter.

Topping the bill is British Comedian of the Year Finalist, the incredible Scott Bennett who has appeared on 'The Royal Variety Performance' and 'Live at the Apollo', had his own Radio 4 show and is widely tipped in the industry as on the brink of the big time. He was also Best Show Nominee Leicester Comedy Festival and support for Michael McIntyre, Rob Brydon and Micky Flanagan in arenas.

This loveable rising star enthrals the crowd with his warm and engaging delivery, he is a Yorkshire live wire with an undeniable no nonsense logic, who was busy entertaining people through the lockdown, with his 'Stand Up From The Shed' online show.

Opening the night will be multi-talented award winning comedian Phil Nichol, an acclaimed actor, producer, presenter, writer and musician who has also made various appearances on Radio and TV. Bursting with fun and frivolity, he loves to break boundaries and try something whilst enjoying a wonderfully hilarious mix of ridiculous rants, on practically every farcical subject conceivable. Audiences are always fascinated by his magnetic persona.
