The Ferrers Centre for Arts and Crafts has a two-day Summer Showcase at Staunton Harold.

It is taking place as part of the Ferrers Centre's 50th year celebrations.

A marquee will be home to live demonstrations and there will be live music and food on offer as well as all the lovely shops in the courtyard to visit. There will also be various workshops to take part in on the day.

It all takes place in the beautiful Ferrers Centre courtyard.

Hicks Lodge is hosting Feel Good in the Forest on Saturday.

in partnership with Forestry England's Feel Good in the Forest programme, this is a series of activities for people who are looking to improve their health and wellbeing, to meet new people and spend time outdoors.

On this guided jog, you will be taking in the trails around Hicks Lodge.

These sessions are delivered by qualified and supportive team of leaders and are similar to the Trail Therapy sessions.

A pace is set that is comfortable for everyone as the activities are more about enjoying the surroundings and the benefits to mental wellbeing than having a hard workout. Nobody ever gets left behind.
