We're working in partnership with Forestry England to deliver activities for their "Feel Good in the Forest" programme. This is a series of activities for people who are looking to improve their health and wellbeing, to meet new people and spend time outdoors.

On this guided jog, we'll be taking in the trails around Hicks Lodge.

These sessions are delivered by our qualified and supportive team of leaders and are similar to our Trail Therapy sessions; we set a pace that is comfortable for everyone as the activities are more about enjoying the surroundings and the benefits to mental wellbeing than having a hard workout. Nobody ever gets left behind.

Distance: 4.4 miles jogging.

We'll be meeting at 4:45pm ready for a prompt 5:00pm start. Full meeting details will be included in the confirmation email after booking.
