Statutes

This weekend sees the return of the 807th annual Ashby Statutes, kicking off on Friday Night and running until Tuesday 22 September.

The fair always brings a mix of nostalgic traditional rides and more modern versions for thrill seekers, along with food stalls, fun games and family activities.

Moira Furnace Woodland Festival

On 19 and 20 September between 10am and 4pm, Moira Furnace is home to the Woodland Festival, a celebration of all things from the Forest.

The festival was set up last year to celebrate that talent of traditional crafters in the National Forest and it's back this weekend for the second year with crafts, family fun and live entertainment as well as the opportunity to learn about some brilliant traditional local crafts.

Weekend events at Brew

This weekend, Brew has a live music performance and pop-up street food.

On Saturday, they have an appearance from Pizza 33 Street Food from 5pm, followed by live reggae music from Eba Sallah from 3pm on Sunday.
