A local homecare provider will be showing off its green fingers tomorrow (May 29) at its regular coffee morning.

Right At Home hosts a monthly 'Tea & Talk' morning on the final Friday of the month, aiming to bring isolated members of the community together.

The morning - run from 10.30am to 12.30pm - is a great opportunity for people to get out of their homes and enjoy some social interaction.

The mornings also often have activities with a previous session seeing the happy participants create bird feeders for the garden of the provider's Bateman Street base.

Tomorrow's edition will be no different, with the team set to be planting herbs for its windowsills.

And as the hot weather continues, they will also be making refreshing summer drinks like cucumber and mint or strawberry and basil.

The team said: "Everyone is welcome at Tea & Talk.

"It is free to attend and the refreshments are complimentary!"
