As part of Ashby's official marking of Remembrance Sunday on 9 November, there will be a series of road closures in Ashby Town Centre. 

Between 8.45am and 12 noon on Sunday 9 November, the following roads will be closed: 

• North Street – from junction with Wood Street to junction with The Green, 
• Elford Street – from junction with Brook Street to junction with Derby Road, 
• The Green – from junction with Elford Street to junction with North Street, 
• Derby Road – from junction with Elford Street to junction with Market Street, 
• Market Street – from junction with Derby Road to junction with Brook Street, 
• Bath Street – from junction with Market Street to junction with Station Road, 
• Station Road – from junction with Bath Street to junction with Wilfred Gardens, 
• South Street – entire road, 
• Lower Church Street – entire road 

There will also be no parking or loading on: 

• Market Street – the parking bays from Scrivens to Frank Innes, 
• Wilfred Place – both sides of the carriage way from the junction with Station Road to junction with Wilfred Gardens, 
• Trinity Close – both sides of the carriageway from the junction with Wilfred Place to junction with Kilwardby Street, 
• Wilfred Gardens – both sides of the carriageway along the entire road
