Police Investigate Trail Of Damage in Netherseal As 'Multiple Vehicles' Attacked And Have Windows Smashed

A series of vehicles had their windows smashed in Netherseal during Wednesday night and the early hours of Thursday morning.

Swadlincote Police are currently investigating the trail of damage caused and are appealing for information from anyone who knows anything about the attacks on these vehicles.

There appears to be no obvious reason behind the vandalism and the object used to break the windows is unknown.

A social media post by the police said: "Officers are currently investigating a spate of damage to vehicles in Netherseal overnight on Wednesday 26th August into Thursday 27th August

"Multiple vehicles have had their windows smashed by an unknown object on Main Street and Clifton Road.

"If you were in the area around this time and have any information about the incidents please let us know.

"Also if you have any CCTV on the affected streets please get in touch.
