Big crowds flocked to the Bath Grounds on Sunday after seeing the return of Jim's Tractor Run through Ashby, Blackfordby and Norris Hill.

People lined the route in Market Street just after 11am and then made their way to the Bath Grounds where organisers were hugely impressed by the turnout.

We have included some photos of the Tractor Run as it passed through Norris Hill.

Jim Hoult, who organised the event a year after it had to be cancelled due to the Covid pandemic, said he had never seen such a big crowd at the Bath Grounds.

His message on Facebook reads: "Thank you Ashby, Today was truly amazing.

"Big shout out to all our staff and Rotary Club of Ashby de la Zouch Castle thank you so much for your help and support.

"Radar Event Services you were great keeping people informed, top service.

"To all of the vendors and stall holders we hope you had a great day it was great to have you back. A superb turnout from the Tractors, Cheers Jim."
