Taylor Wimpey will be launching two new show homes at its Castle Manor development in Ashby this weekend.

House hunters interested in taking a closer look at the properties are encouraged to visit the development on Saturday and Sunday, where they can view the Marford show home, featuring four double bedrooms, an open plan kitchen/diner and a separate living room with French doors opening onto the garden.

Also available to view will be the three-bedroom Gosford show home.

The sales team will also be available to speak to buyers about the development, the homes available and the buying schemes that Taylor Wimpey offers, including contributions to mortgage payments, money towards a deposit or home personalisation options.

Steven Clarke, Technical Director at Taylor Wimpey East Midlands, said: "We know how important it is to be able to picture yourself living in a new home before moving in and visiting our show homes is a fantastic opportunity to do just that.

"With two show homes opening at Castle Manor, visitors will be able to walk round some of the different house types and see for themselves how the flexible living spaces could work for them.

"Visitors to Castle Manor over our event weekend will be able to speak to our experienced sales teams who will be on hand to show you around and answer any questions you have about how we can help you to move."

A choice of three and four bedroom homes at Castle Manor are currently available to reserve, with prices from £310,000.

The Sales Information Centre and show homes at Castle Manor, located off Nottingham Road, will be open between 9am and 4pm on Saturday, January 27 and Sunday, January 28.

Following the launch weekend, the development will be open daily between 9am and 5pm.
