Confirmation that the full HS2 Project will proceed is of huge significance for residents and landowners in North West Leicestershire.

The impacts of the Route will be both financial and environmental and will affect landowners and property owners throughout the region.

There will also be widespread disruption to traffic plans and the lives of all inhabitants for 10 years or more once the works are started.

Whilst the final route is not yet cast in stone, there will be opportunities to influence the Government and HS2 Ltd on the line of the track and therefore the impact of the works.

There are also opportunities to claim compensation and maximise those claims depending on your circumstances.

Fishers will continue to work with land agents to make the most of our clients' opportunities and our team of lawyers would welcome the opportunity of discussing the position with you.
