Football: Ashby Ivanhoe FC Advertise New Roles As Part of Club Expansion

Ashby Ivanhoe FC have advertised four new positions at the club - just days after announcing a major new restructure.
The Lower Packington Road club said last week that they would become the newly-formed Ashby Ivanhoe Football Club CIC - which stands for Community Interest Company Ashby Ivanhoe announce community plans
Now, Ivanhoe have created new job positions and are inviting applications.
The job advert says that candidates will be expected to bring in fresh ideas but embrace the 'one club' ethos at the same time and make decisions in the best interests of the club.
Ivanhoe are looking for a Vice Chairman who will assume specific responsibilities for the junior and youth sections - reporting on youth progression.
The successful candidate will also have input on financial matters and be responsible for the delivery of Key Performance Indicators while assisting the CIC in delivering its business plan.
The club are also looking for a Junior Secretary who will assume responsibility for the function of the junior and youth section, liaise with leagues and officials and attend relevant meetings.
A Head of Football Development is another position the club are looking to fill.
The successful candidate's key duties will be to support the structure of the club at junior and youth level, ensure a common approach is achieved in line with the club's ethos on player development, following the Player Pathway Policy.

The expansion is the latest development for the club as reporters by Ashby Nub News over the past few months.
