Fishers Solicitors' Ashby Connect event goes from strength to strength as record numbers attend final event of the year

Fishers Solicitors' final Ashby Connect of the year produced the event's best ever turnout.

Ashby Connect is held on the final Wednesday of each month at The Beeches pub and restaurant on Burton Road with local businesses invited to attend.

The event has gone from strength to strength since it started up after the Covid lockdown - and last month's Ashby Connect attracted more than 70 local businesses and professionals.

A spokesperson for Fishers said: "We are so grateful to each delegate for helping Ashby Connect evolve into a vital business resource - connecting, collaborating, and sharing insights for collective growth and success.

"A special shoutout to our guest speaker, Lee Callender from Scribble Mail, for a highly insightful presentation on the value of direct mail, which gave a lot of food for thought on marketing trends for 2024.

"Also, the Rotary Clubs of Ashby Santa 2024, who sprinkled a touch of Christmas magic with the appearance of Santa and Rudolph.
