It is local election day in the Ashby and Measham area tomorrow (Thursday) as voters return to the polls following more than a year in lockdown.

If you are not sure where your nearest polling station is, then North West Leicestershire District Council has published a Electoral Commission webpage allowing you to type in your postcode and find out where you can vote.

You can access the site HERE.

There will be an election of a councillor to Leicestershire County Council and for the Police and Crime Commissioner for the Leicestershire Police area.

Ashby Nub News plans to keep you updated as the results come in.
