A Moira woman was arrested after assaulting police officers and being suspected of an assault on an emergency worker - following reports of a party that breached Coronavirus social distancing rules.
Police were called out to Elm Grove in Moira on Sunday evening.
But a 37-year-old woman then became abusive towards officers before assaulting them.
Police then say the woman was placed in custody for a suspected assault on an emergency worker.
A Leicestershire Police spokesperson said: "Officers received a call on Sunday evening (29 March) to a report of a suspected gathering in contravention of current Coronavirus social distancing guidelines at an address in Elm Grove, Moira.
"Police attended the address shortly after 7pm and a woman at the location became abusive to officers as well as assaulting them.
"No officer was injured.
"A 37-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of assaulting an emergency worker and remains in police custody."
The incident came just 24 hours after Police were left "in absolute shock" after finding 25 adults and children having a "massive party" in Derby.
On that occasion, people we dispersed and the hosts "dealt with" after social-distancing rules were breached in Derby.
