By Graham Hill 18th Mar 2020

North West Leicestershire District Council offices in Coalville have now been closed for everything other than essential and urgent contact.

The council says that non-essential visitors will be asked to get in touch with them by alternate means.

It says that many of their services are available online through MyAccount and adds the this is the quickest and easiest way to access the majority of their services.

People can can also contact the council on 01530 454545 or by email at [email protected]

But it says it is very busy and receiving lots of calls at the moment and asks people avoid contact if your query is not urgent What Ashby Needs To Know

Arrangements will be put in place for customers that arrive at the offices in crisis or affected by homelessness.
