A caravan was stolen from a property in Ashby during a nighttime theft last month.

Thieves took the vehicle from land belonging to the house in Lower Packington Road.

The incident took place overnight on June 21/22.

The caravan is a 2010 deluxe model Sterling Eccles Coral 90, four-berth caravan - white with grey decals on the side.

Whoever took it, had to unbolt two gates to get to it. The caravan's number plate has since been found.

A spokesman for Leicestershire Police said: "It hasn't yet been located and we would ask anyone with information to contact police and quote - 21000349459."

The photo supplied at the top of the page shows the thieves caught on CCTV as they were getting away with the caravan,
