Ashby's FABulous shop window event is back next month - with an All Around The World theme

Ashby's FABulous is back next month - with a theme of All Around The World.
The shop window event takes place in the town centre on October 2, from 10.30am-3pm.
The popular annual celebration of Ashby's shops and businesses sees staff seated in the front windows in fancy dress.
And a message on the Ashby's FABulous Facebook page confirms this year's theme - and gives an explanation.
The post reads: "For the last 18 months, we've not been able to travel the world, so we thought we'd bring the world to Ashby-De-La-Zouch.
"See Ashby's shops, cafes, bars, salons etc come alive in celebration of "Around the World".
"There will be street entertainment and offers too - plenty going on!
"Give the live models in the windows a wave!
"There's always a lovely community spirit about the town...so come along and join in celebrating Ashby's FABulous!
"Give our page a follow too - take a look at the photos so you can see what the event is all about!"
