Popular local event Ashby Sport is returning to the Bath Grounds on Sunday 28 June, showcasing the town's vibrant sports community.

Taking place between 10am and 4pm, this free event is a celebration of Ashby's sports clubs and teams, as well as a chance for local people to discover new activities and get involved in local sports.

This event is part of an initiative with Ashby Town Council to increase participation and engagement in sport.

As well as meeting sports teams, there is also a lot of fun to get stuck into, including welly wanging and space hopper races, as well as a new for 2026 strongman competition.

There will also be food and refreshments available around the event.
