Ashby Library is staging a Healthy Heroes event on January 18 which is designed to get your year off to a healthy start.

You will be able to make fruit kebabs, have a go at parachute games, enjoy the Dough Disco, try out the Brain Gym and take part in a treasure hunt.

There will also be a healthy hamper up for grabs which will be full of lots of healthy treats.

Healthy Heroes starts at 10am and runs until 11:30am.
