Ashby Company Suggests Post-Christmas Workout With A Difference - An Assault Course!

An Ashby company is offering a way to shake off those Christmas excesses - on an assault course.

Field Sport UK, based at Smoile Wood in Lount, says the course has been designed to test your physical endurance and co-ordination in a fun-packed and exciting way.

They explain that the obstacle course is great for training, Fitness, team building events and much more.

You can train alone or with your fitness group or book in for their corporate team building experience.

There are two identical parallel lanes and the assault course consists of 17 Obstacles of all variants, great for personal trainers, personal fitness regimes and training preparation for 'tough guy', 'tough mudder' or 'OCR Events or just a routine workout.

There is plenty of space for you to add a run to your circuit too.

You can come as often or as little as you like - but Field Sport UK adds that pre-booking is essential.

Owner Kelly Wheeler said: "You can hire an assault course and train at your own pace."

The course is open on a: Monday 10am-3pm; Wednesday 10am -3pm; Friday 10am - 3pm; Saturday 9am -5pm

Price for team building events - Field Sport UK instructor Lead

The prices for team building events are: 4 - 6 People £25pp; 6 - 10 People £23pp; 10 - 15 People £21pp; 15

People+ £18pp

Prices for private training Sessions with no instructor are: Individuals:£10pp per hour

Groups: Groups of 4+ £8pp; Groups of 8+ £6pp; Groups of 15+ £5pp

There is also a loyalty scheme in place where you can buy four sessions get one free.
