Yes, then this is the role for you!The newly built development of Springfields consists of 65 beautiful supported living apartments is situated in the heart of the National Forest. The Service provides extra care housing, alongside 24hour care and support services. The people living at the service will predominantly be adults aged over 55 years, although there will also be a small number of working aged adults with care and support needs. The scheme will be a mixed tenure of shared ownership and rented properties.
This innovative new development is designed to provide a range of services to meet the needs and aspirations of the people that live there. The scheme has staff on duty 24 hours of day who deliver packages of care to meet people assessed needs, and a management team to ensure that the scheme remains safe and compliant and works to achieve outstanding results for the people that live there.
We are seeking four Team Leaders to join emh care and support with experience or the ability to manage the performance of others. You will have a genuine passion and enthusiasm for inclusion of groups and individuals. The Team Leaders will be responsible for leading the care and support team during your duty, ensuring the provision of a safe, effective and efficient care and support services, whilst being in line with CQC Regulations and organisational policies and procedures.
