North West Leicestershire's Ashby Beat Team is holding a Beat Surgery at Holy Trinity Church this Thursday (April 11).

There will also be a number of services available for visitors to the Kilwardy Street church.

There is a Community Cafe at the location which is open between 10am-noon, most Thursdays and is staffed by friendly local volunteers.

As well as the Police, there are several other support agencies that visit, including Housing and Debt Management.

The police are urging residents to come along and find out about the new beat priorities and the reasons for choosing them.

Officers can also sign you up to Neighbourhood Link which is a free and confidential service, giving access to information about what is happening in your area.
