The Rotary Club of Ashby Castle is proud to announce they have inducted their first corporate member, partnering with local business owners to support the brilliant contribution rotary. 

The Ashby Castle Rotary Club have joined forces with Pramit Pancholi, Director of Audiology at Ashby Specsavers as the leader of the first corporate member of the club, along with help from his colleague, optometrist director Kuljinder Bains. 

Pram and Kully have attended Rotary meetings and sponsored events in the town and felt the organisation reflects Specsavers philosophy. 

Joining rotary as a corporate member allows their designated member to attend meetings as and when they want to, as well as allowing them and their employees to get involved in local voluntary services. 

For Rotary, these corporate membership expands connections with local businesses and creates stronger community links.  

It also allows for a broad pool of skills and resources to support community activities in Ashby. Recently, this has included volunteering with the Santa Sleigh and Santa Fun Run but covers the massive variety of community events that Rotary organises throughout the year. 

For local companies, many have an environmental, social and governance police (ESG) and a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and volunteering with Rotary can give employees a trusted link to the local community and the opportunity to give back. 

Ashby Castle Rotary are excited to work with Ashby Specsavers in the future and are open to working with other local businesses looking to enhance their company and contribute to the community and employees.
