Desperate for that much needed haircut after months of watching your locks grow?

Ashby's barbers have the solution with most of them re-opening again and some extending their hours to make sure everyone who wants a cut, gets one.

The Short Cut in Mill Lane Mews says: "Just a reminder we are open today (Monday) until 5pm on a walk-in basis, Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday 9-5 Friday 9-6 Saturday 8.30-4."

Arthur's in Market Street is open until 5pm and their Facebook page says: "Following the latest government announcement, Boris has given us the definite thumbs-up and it's official, our re-opening date is April 12.

BOOK NOW."

Just Gents in Brook Street says: WE ARE BACK!! At 9am the doors are back open!

"We can't wait to see you all.

"FULLY BOOKED, 01530 417205."

The Grooming Room, based at The Green, says it is open until 8pm.

The shop's Facebook page reads: "The team are excited to welcome you back.

"You will receive a reminder text 24hr prior to your appointment with the following:

  • The service you had booked
  • Time
  • Barber.

"You will also receive the guidelines we please ask you follow while visiting the barber shop.

"It has been updated slightly since last time so please read.

"We are looking forward to seeing you and sorting out those Covid Cuts and having a long overdue catch up with you all.

"Please be sure to get organised around all of your upcoming events as we have limited availability left for April, appointments are going fast.

"We are working extra long hours to accommodate you all, but be sure to ring us if you can't find what works for you online and as always we will do our best to see you.

"Also, to all of our fellow Barbers and Hairdressers whether you are re-opening your shops post lockdown tomorrow or starting a whole new venture, a massive Good Luck to you all."

Classic Cuts, also at The Green, says: "We will be continuing our strict cleaning routine and safety precautions as we were last time. We will be opening extended hours to get you all in."

Pasha Barber in Bath Street is also open and says: "Hello everyone. We are very pleased to once again announce a reopening date on April 12.

"It has been a difficult time for us all, let us all hope that the authorities will be able to stick to the plans of getting out of lockdown.

"Pasha barber will keep you updated with any changes. We will continue with the walk-ins method and no appointments needed."
