emh care & support has shared images of the interior of the new £13.1m Springfields supported living development with Ashby Nub News ahead of the marketing brochure being released.

The brochure is at the final production stage and will be available shortly but, in the meantime, the company's CGI images give Ashby residents a sneak peek of the internal design and apartment layout.

Construction of the 65 one and two-bedroom apartments - 15 for shared-ownership sale and 50 for rent - on the site of the former Holywell Spring Farm, off Burton Road, is continuing apace and on schedule for opening in spring next year.

This month has seen the start of some internal works including plastering, laying of kitchen floors and final decoration.

In the next few weeks, among other projects, the face brickwork and parapet to the green roofs will be completed and work on creating the south car park will start.

The development will include a bistro, hair salon and beauty salon - all open to the public - and is being built on behalf of emh care & support by emh group and Willmott Dixon.

All apartments are self-contained and designed to accommodate wheelchairs and mobility aids.

Springfields will have a dedicated team of staff available 24 hours a day throughout the year and offer flexible tailor-made packages of care and support.

Apartments are being released for sale and rent soon and anyone interested must fill out an expression of interest form available on the website, via email at [email protected] or by calling 0300 1230918.

This will ensure you don't miss out when brochures are sent out, apartment allocations start and viewing times for the show apartments are released.
