Colourful Lion- Feb 27th-Painting Workshop at Sharpes Pottery Museum 23 West Street, Swadlincote DE11 9DG

All the materials needed for the day are provided, Spend the day with me painting, learning and socialising with a small group of artists, make new friends and take home your own original version of my Lion painting on a stretched canvas. This workshop is suitable for beginners and improvers alike. We will incorporate colour mixing, mark making, splattering, layering and glazing, to create a Lion painting like this one shown.

We'll begin at 10 am, and paint till 3 pm with breaks for coffee/tea and cake (provided), and lunch(please bring a packed lunch) These are small group sessions of around 8 people, and the emphasis is on enjoyment and confidence building.

Wear an apron or clothes that are fine with a splash of paint, and get ready to have fun, relax and learn.

Parking is available right outside, in the museum car park-access via Alexandra Road Industrial Estate (Near to the Rinkway)
