In support of Dementia UK on Saturday night, the Lyric Rooms in Ashby has two hilarious comedians, James Dowdeswell and Mick Neven, hosted by Spikey Mike.
The Lower Church Street venue is running the event as part of fundraising efforts ahead of this year's London Marathon.

The Ashby String Orchestra is staging a concert at St Helen's Church on Sunday evening.
It will feature Polish international award-winning violinist Ada Witczyk, playing J S Bach concertos in E and A minor.
